As a member of the Cafe Back of House team, you'll prepare food, keep the kitchen clean, and deliver consistent quality to our customers. You'll work in a team to make every day a little better and have plenty of support, flexible working options, and more.
Requirements
- Keeping kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
- Serving customers quickly, efficiently, and with care.
- Following food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
- Practising first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation to keep our food fresh.
- Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
- Being aware of (and following) all operational policies and procedures.
- Preparing, cooking, and serving food according to our cafés
- Making sure we maintain our standards and all food products are available.
- Knowing our café's menu inside and out and serving food exactly as it's intended.
- Resolving customer complaints and passing on information to the Café Manager.
- Staying up to date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
