Senior Designer - Online Shopping

As a Senior UX Designer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end user experience across large-scale projects, driving design strategy and execution from discovery through to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and ensure that user needs are at the heart of every decision.

Requirements

• Leading UX design across complex projects, from requirements gathering to delivery
• Owning and delivering end-to-end UX processes, including journey mapping, flows, and prototyping
• Championing user-centred design principles to ensure solutions meet user and business needs
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive experiences
• Translating user needs and research insights into intuitive and effective design solutions
• Creating low-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate concepts and interactions
• Ensuring alignment with design systems and maintaining consistency with established design patterns
• Presenting ideas, designs, and recommendations clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels
• Planning, conducting, and analysing qualitative and quantitative research
• Defining success metrics and using data to inform design decisions
• Continuously improving design, research, and delivery processes to increase efficiency
• Mentoring and supporting junior designers, helping them grow and develop
• Facilitating design reviews, critiques, and cross-functional ceremonies
• Advocating for best practices and contributing to the evolution of the design system
