Tesco is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee the store and support colleagues in delivering excellent customer service. The role involves leading from the front, setting an example, and coordinating the store team to deliver an easy, fuss-free shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• Be 18 or over to apply
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Take ownership of running duty shifts and coordinating the team
• Be there for customers and help them with their queries
• Guide and support colleagues in-store
• Maintain a great understanding of how the store is performing
