Tesco Shift Leader - Days - Wallasey Liscard Express

As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will oversee the store from the shop floor, coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store, and provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting colleagues, maintaining a great understanding of the store's performance, and assisting managers in improving store operations.

Requirements

• 18 years old or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to make decisions and take ownership of running duty shifts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
