Job Description
We're looking for a Shift Leader to join our team in New Cardington Express. As a Shift Leader, you'll oversee the store from the shop floor, coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Take ownership of running duty shifts
- Coordinate the team to deliver an easy, fuss-free shopping experience for customers
- Support colleagues, ensure they deliver daily priorities and take regular breaks
- Opening and closing the store, and completing duty cover
- Providing great customer service, by listening to our customers and putting them first in everything you do
