Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive sourcing margin, net margin, and cohort/repeat profitability analysis. The role involves building and improving contribution margin visibility, leading monthly MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and developing forward-looking variance analysis with actionable insights. The Finance Business Partner will also track and own performance marketing ROI, build guardrails for promo spends, and partner with Ops & Supply Chain to drive fulfilment cost optimisation.
Requirements
- CA/CFA/MBA Finance
- 2-4 years in business finance / FP&A / commercial finance
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, marketplace, D2C or high-growth startups preferred
- Strong modelling skills (Excel, Sheets); BI tools preferred
- Deep understanding of unit economics, funnels, cohorts, supply chain metrics
- Strong stakeholder management & ability to influence without authority
