Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Training & Development Specialist to join our team to design, deliver, and manage effective training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in training and development or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to measure training impact
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Certification in training or development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus
