The Information Technology Specialist role will provide daily hands-on support of systems and applications under the direction of the Director of IT.
Requirements
- Administer end-user support and customer service
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 account administration and password management
- React and respond to security related notifications and incidents
- Execute technical instructions related to installing Windows operating systems and end user apps
- Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and IT training
