Job Description
The Real Estate Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans and supporting loan production within the branch. This role operates remotely and may be subject to sales-based compensation. The role reports to a Mortgage Branch Manager or Sales Manager and requires a significant portion of time spent conducting sales activities outside of the employer's business.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NMLS license
- Previous experience in mortgage lending or financial services (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Familiarity with loan origination systems
- Knowledge of current lending policies
- Valid NMLS license
- Active Real Estate License (US)
- Ability to work in Dual Capacity, Texana REMLO Program
