Texas A&M Engineering seeks a Postdoctoral Researcher to advance the development of emerging memory materials and devices, including post silicon MOSFET-based computing, MEMS devices, and heterogeneous integration/3D packaging.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in materials science, chemistry, electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, chemistry, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with various electrical device characterizations (high frequency pulses, cryogenic, high temperature environment, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Ample experiences in nanofabrication in general.
