Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time)

The Human Resources Assistant, under supervision, processes and maintains forms and records, provides detailed administrative information, and assists customers with HR processes, procedures, or services. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and detail orientation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of experience.
• Prior experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Emma) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
• Licensing / Professional Certification - None.
