Job Description
The Department of Counseling and Educational Psychology invites applications for a 12 month, non-tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Clinical Professor of Counseling to begin as early as Fall 2026.
Requirements
- Doctorate in counselor education
- Licensure or licensure-eligibility as a Texas professional counselor (LPC) or marriage and family therapist (LMFT)
- Three or more years of post-graduate experience as a professional counselor
- Clinical supervision experience
- Professional identity, experience, and training in one of the counseling specialty areas offered by the department
- Experience with community engagement and outreach initiatives
