Job Description
The College of Nursing and Health Science at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi invites applications for a non-tenure track Visiting Assistant/Associate Professor of Nursing Practice to begin as early as Fall 2026. The position will be responsible for teaching, service, and implementation and evaluation of nursing courses and student learning. The faculty member will be expected to model exemplary professional behavior and provide student support, as well as participate in activities that contribute to achieving TAMU-CC and CONHS organizational goals.
Requirements
- Earned doctorate in nursing (PhD, DNP) or related field (e.g., EdD)
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience
- Current unencumbered RN License in the State of Texas or eligible for licensure in Texas at time of hire
