The Coordinator of Transfer Pathways and Articulation will oversee the development and implementation of articulation agreements, direct admissions, and transfer pathways with partner institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate)
- Three years of relevant experience
- Ability to work across campus units with provost, deans, faculty, admissions teams, and others from partner institutions
- Demonstrated ability to adapt effectively and quickly to changing policies and requirements
- Possesses proven ability to streamline complex processes and systems
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates strong technology proficiency, especially with student information systems like Degree Works and MS Office 365
- Possesses the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the institution and with external partners
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Occasional travel and work beyond normal office hours
