Coordinator of Transfer Pathways and Articulation

The Coordinator of Transfer Pathways and Articulation will oversee the development and implementation of articulation agreements, direct admissions, and transfer pathways with partner institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate)
• Three years of relevant experience
• Ability to work across campus units with provost, deans, faculty, admissions teams, and others from partner institutions
• Demonstrated ability to adapt effectively and quickly to changing policies and requirements
• Possesses proven ability to streamline complex processes and systems
• Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates strong technology proficiency, especially with student information systems like Degree Works and MS Office 365
• Possesses the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the institution and with external partners
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Occasional travel and work beyond normal office hours
