The Program Coordinator II in the Routh First-Generation Center will lead a university-wide initiative focused on holistic student development, career readiness, and leadership growth. This role will design, implement, and evaluate programs to strengthen students' post-graduation pathways.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four years of experience in student success, student development, or related work in higher education
- Master's degree in student Affairs, Higher Education, Counseling, Educational Technology, Adult Education, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in developing or coordinating student retention programs
- Intermediate experience with data analysis in a higher education capacity
- Demonstrated experience with EAB Navigate or related student predictive analytics system
- Ability to understand and speak Spanish
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High degree of self-initiative and ability to think and work independently
- Ability to analyze data for retention and graduation success programming
- Knowledge of degree plans, programs, and/or evaluations
- Experience with educational technology platforms and tools such as Articulate 360/Rise, Adobe, Canva, and Google Suite
