Engineering Laboratory Technician I-III

The James C. Morriss Division of Engineering at Texas A&M University - Texarkana invites applications for an Engineering Lab Technician position. The technician will prepare, operate, maintain, and repair laboratories and machine shop equipment, and support teaching and research activities by assisting faculty and students with experiments and maintaining laboratory spaces.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment, scientific apparatus, and computer equipment
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
