The Administrative Associate V provides administrative support to the Special Events Unit, coordinating parking and transportation services for visitors, special events, and conferences, as well as RV parking. Prepares billing and monthly income reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Five years of experience in general office or clerical work
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software programs
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Keyboarding skills
- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
