Aggie Achieve Summer Experience Residential Mentor

As a Residential Mentor for Aggie ACHIEVE's Summer Experience, you'll mentor applicants, model positive behavior, and help them build the skills and confidence they need to thrive on campus. You'll foster a safe, fun, and supportive living environment, guide students as they adjust to college and independent living, and bring energy to key events, dinners, and community activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of college experience
• CPR Certified
• First Aid Certified
• Experience working with adults with intellectual disability (preferred)
• Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
• Ability to follow directions
• Time Management
• Strong initiative and a willingness to go beyond assigned duties
