Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree
- Ten years of related experience in management
- MBA degree
- Experience in higher education or working closely with academic institutions
- Previous experience with graduate education in business or related fields
- Experience working with distance education technology (Zoom)
- Knowledge of and ability to effectively market and promote the Full-Time MBA Program to internal and external audiences
- Knowledge of standard office and administrative tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and web-based platforms
- Understanding of organizational structures within academic institutions and the ability to navigate complex administrative environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership, team-building, supervisory, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement
- Advanced interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management
- Proven ability to translate strategic goals into executable operational plans and measurable outcomes
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with directors of related academic and administrative programs
- Ability to adapt to change and support innovation while maintaining fairness, integrity, and a strong commitment to student success
