Job Description
The Program Manager-2 oversees a portfolio of strategic projects for the ROOTS grant, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project management standards. This role coordinates daily implementation activities across partner schools in Texas and Mississippi, managing well-defined projects with clear outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of related experience
- Research related experience
- Experience in working with public rural schools
- Experience as a teacher or Administrator in Texas or Mississippi
- Familiarity with school culture
- Experience mentoring/supporting teachers
- Experience developing virtual professional development
- Experience with literacy and science curriculum development
