Program Manager

The Program Manager coordinates and implements the strategic development and administration of a supervised academic program that integrates semesters of academic study with paid, full-time, career-related work experience. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day management of the Co-Op Program, scheduling, enrollment, and tracking of students, and maintaining up-to-date program resources and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five years of experience in career services, advising, recruiting, or related specialty
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs
• Experience with complex databases and computer software programs
