Job Description
Texas Children's is seeking a Transport EMT to perform patient care and operate as a communication specialist within a dual role. The EMT will be responsible for routine and specialized patient care, emergency response, and collaboration with the RN or RRT. They will also act as a transportation team member and communication specialist.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an Emergency Vehicle Operation Course (EVOC)
- BLS - American Heart Association certification
- EMT certification (either Emergency Medical Tech-I, EMT-B, EMT-A, or EMT-P)
- Dispatch skills (desirable)
