Job Description
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is seeking an experienced Hydrologist to join the Water Availability Division's Rio Grande Watermaster Program. The successful candidate will perform advanced hydrological analyses and provide technical support for international water treaties and river compacts.
Requirements
- Experience or academic coursework in performing complex surface water hydrological analysis
- Experience working with RiverWare and Water Availability Model (WAMS)
- Experience with the legal framework governing water rights in Texas
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze complex data
