We are seeking an Employment and Ethics Attorney I to join our General Law Division at TCEQ. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law and ethics, and will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to the agency.
Requirements
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
- Advanced course work in employment and/or labor law (official law school transcript required)
- Ability to perform professional legal work related to employment law and ethics
