Job Description
TxDOT's Odessa District is looking for a Transportation Specialist IV to join our Design team in our Transportation Planning and Development (TP&D) office. The role involves project delivery, plan review, and coordinating with project stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing construction documents, submitting Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E), and ensuring designs meet current standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
- 5 years transportation design, construction, traffic operations, maintenance, bridge inspection experience
- Valid driver’s license
- NICET Level III or IV certification in Bridge Safety Inspection (for Bridge Inspection)
