Job Description
Texas Health Action is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Nursing Services to oversee clinical nursing practice and provide authoritative clinical direction for nursing staff across Texas Health Action services in Texas. The role requires a strong background in nursing and leadership experience in an outpatient clinic setting. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of promoting a culture of safe nursing practice and professional accountability.
Requirements
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- Active, unrestricted Texas RN license required
- 5+ years patient care experience in an outpatient clinic setting required
- 2+ years of experience in working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ and other marginalized populations
