Job Description
Texas Health Action is seeking a Community Health Worker Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of community health workers, assist with linkage and retention efforts for primary HIV medical care, and work with various departments to enhance and maximize the patient experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field
- Current certification as a Community Health Worker or willingness to acquire the CHW certification
- Phlebotomy certification
- Minimum of two years working in public health, social service, health promotion, HIV prevention and care, and/or customer service
- Experience with LGBTQIA+ and/or other marginalized communities
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency
- Microsoft Office Skills
