Customer Service

Customer Service role responsible for managing existing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in a manufacturing company in a customer service or production planning role.

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• College Degree in business related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working at manufacturing company preferably in office environment
• Inside Sales and/or Account Management experience would be preferred
• Purchasing experience would be preferred, but not necessary
