Job Description
This role is for a Senior Mold Maker to support customers and Texas Injection Molding. It involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing injection molds, designing new tooling, training junior team members, and maintaining detailed documentation. The position requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and adaptability.
Requirements
- High School Education or GED
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a mold maker
- Plastics/Molding experience
- Experience with CNC machining and programming
- Strength in math skills
- Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift 50 lbs
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software
- Self-motivation, teamwork, and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of mold design principles and tolerances
