Job Description
The IT Intern assists the department with IT support and projects, conducts research into AI and upskilling, and participates in hands-on training with IT Department personnel.
Requirements
- Participating in hands-on training with IT Department personnel necessary to accomplish tasks assigned.
- Conducting financial analysis studies to analyze results and trends to identify reasons for results and opportunities for improvement.
- Understanding general IT principles and concepts.
- Providing first-level technical support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
- Assisting with computer setup, imaging, deployment, and refreshes for new or replacement workstations.
