Job Description
Serves as a vital member of the Veterans Employment Services team, providing complex veterans employment work, including employment, training, and placement services to meet the needs of veterans and their dependent family members. Conducts interviews to assess client needs, disseminates information, and facilitates client access to workforce development programs and services.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in social work/social sciences or a related field
- Two (2) years of experience in interviewing, assessment, job placement, retention, and counseling work of job seekers
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Reside within 45 miles of the Arlington Office
