Texas Workforce Commission connects people with careers across the state. This position is in the RESEA department and will cover the Southeast region. The Reemployment Coordinator (Program Specialist IV) performs highly complex consultative services and technical assistance work.
Requirements
- Two years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency
- Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position
- Six months of full-time in-service TWC experience classified as a Program Specialist III or Program Supervisor III with regular status will satisfy the minimum qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Knowledge of RESEA or other workforce program services, procedures, and policies
- Intermediate PowerPoint, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience writing site observation and operations reports
- Great listening skills, and professional, pleasant, and respectful telephone etiquette
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
