Job Description
We are seeking a Reemployment Coordinator (Program Specialist IV) to work in our RESEA department, covering the North - Tarrant area. The ideal candidate will have experience in policy development, implementation, and interpretation, as well as knowledge of RESEA or other workforce program services. The role requires excellent communication and organization skills, with a focus on becoming a subject matter expert on local labor market, community support services, and the RESEA program.
Requirements
- Two years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Knowledge of RESEA or other workforce program services, procedures, and policies
- Intermediate PowerPoint, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience writing site observation and operations reports
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
