The Reemployment Coordinator (Program Specialist IV) performs highly complex consultative services and technical assistance work, working under limited supervision with moderate latitude for initiative and independent judgment. The position requires a senior technical analyst with research skills, great communication and organization skills, and a willingness to become a reemployment services subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Two years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency
- Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Knowledge of RESEA or other workforce program services, procedures, and policies
- Intermediate PowerPoint, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience writing site observation and operations reports
- Great listening skills, and professional, pleasant, and respectful telephone etiquette
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
