Systems Analyst (Austin)

The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking a Systems Analyst III to join the Unemployment Insurance Administration and Operational Support(UIA&OS) team. The ideal candidate will have experience with desktop applications, telephony, and computer support to multiple users, and will be responsible for providing technical support, generating reports, and developing procedures.

Requirements

• Two years of full-time experience in data processing or systems analysis
• Experience administering, maintaining, and/or programming a telephone system
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint 365 development and authoring
• Advanced troubleshooting, researching, and analysis abilities
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with others
• Ability to work quickly and perform multiple tasks while paying attention to detail
