Job Description
The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking a Systems Analyst III to join the Unemployment Insurance Administration and Operational Support(UIA&OS) team. The ideal candidate will have experience with desktop applications, telephony, and computer support to multiple users, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating work efforts with others.
Requirements
- Two years of full-time experience in data processing or systems analysis
- Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications
- Experience administering, maintaining, and/or programming a telephone system (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint 365 development and authoring
- Advanced troubleshooting, researching, and analysis abilities
- Ability to gather system requirements and prepare technical documentation quickly, concisely, and accurately
