Job Description
We are looking for a Growth & Business Development Manager to develop and be responsible for our B2B sales for Concept Stores, smaller furniture stores, and hotel and gastronomy customers. You will be responsible for building a profitable and repeatable B2B sales model from individual customer contacts.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Key Account Management
- Experience in building new sales structures (Startup, Scale-up or new Business Unit)
- Very good communication skills and persuasion
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong implementation strength
- High self-responsibility and structured working method
