We're looking for a Sales Manager to develop and manage our B2B sales for Concept Stores, smaller furniture stores, and hotel and restaurant customers from scratch. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management and will be responsible for developing a profitable, repeatable B2B sales model from individual customer contacts.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management
- Experience in building new sales structures (Startup, Scale-up or new business unit)
- Very good communicative skills and persuasiveness
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong implementation strength
- High degree of autonomy and structured work approach
- Travel readiness – you enjoy meeting customers personally
