Mechanical Engineer

Textron Systems is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the enterprise Labor Supply and Demand process across Air, Land, and Sea, and develop process tools and reports. Requirements

• Leading the enterprise Labor Supply and Demand process
• Developing and maintaining Business Operations and Engineering process tools
• Acting as an integrator across Business Operations, Engineering, HR, Program Management, and Finance
• Providing structure, analysis, and project execution on assignments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective presentation skills
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Desire and ability to operate in a team environment
• Desire and ability to lead teams or individuals in design, manufacturing, or troubleshooting taskings
• Familiarity with and ability to use computer-aided design tools (Solidworks and Autocad)
• Experience designing tests for military environmental, shock, and vibration qualifications
• Ability to get a security clearance
