Job Description
Textron Systems is seeking a Program Manager to own a critical subsystem within a growing program and work within a highly collaborative and dynamic Program Office. The successful candidate will be action-oriented, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and exhibit a team mentality.
Requirements
- Managing the financial, technical, and schedule requirements of a critical program subsystem
- Applying Earned Value (EV) techniques to monitor and control of the Performance Measurement Baseline
- Performing Control Account Manager responsibilities for program budget
- Managing Risks & Opportunities for the subsystem
- Interfacing with critical suppliers and Textron Systems' internal Procurement organization
