Senior Industrial Engineer

Bell is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to support factory strategy, facility optimization, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and manufacturing improvement projects in Fort Worth, Texas. The role will involve designing and improving factory layouts, workflows, and facility concepts, and implementing Industry 4.0 manufacturing solutions to improve cost, throughput, and production efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related discipline
• At least 2 years of industrial engineering experience in pertinent aerospace or related manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and manufacturing functions
• Experience with AutoCAD or CAD equivalents (CATIA, 3DX, Enovia, DELMIA) preferred
• SAP experience, project management exposure, and factory simulation experience preferred
• DMAIC/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt knowledge preferred
