Senior Industrial Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to support Factory Strategy, facility optimization, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and manufacturing improvement projects at our Fort Worth, TX location. The role will involve designing and improving factory layouts, workflows, and facility concepts, as well as developing Industry 4.0 manufacturing solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related discipline
• At least 2 years of industrial engineering experience in pertinent aerospace or related manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and manufacturing functions
