Job Description
Textron Systems seeks a Senior Program Manager to support its growing Electronic Systems business. This role provides leadership for the Program Management staff and is accountable for execution on all applicable contracts in accordance with the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related field.
- 12 years of related experience including 5 years of Program Management or 5 years of Technical Management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and written/oral communication skills, including the ability to supervise others and work in a team environment.
