Job Description
As a Sr Business Operations Analyst at Textron Systems, you will lead enterprise Labor Supply and Demand process, Sales & Operations Planning, and Direct Working Indirect management. You will also develop and maintain Business Operations and Engineering process tools, and provide actionable insights to drive operational execution and best-practice adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Analytics, Operations, or related field)
- 5+ years professional experience in operations, engineering, analytics, or business improvement roles
- Advanced skills in Excel, database tools, and Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills including technical writing and presentations
- Ability to handle sensitive business, personnel, and financial data with discretion
