Requirements
- Effective leadership and project management skills
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced Excel abilities; Solid practical experience with Tableau, PowerPoint, and database management tools preferred
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability for delivering timely and accurate results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Collaborative approach
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential
- Dedication to meeting and/or exceeding expectations of internal and external customers
- Proficiency with Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools such as Xactly or SPIFF preferred
- Eagerness to develop innovative solutions using digital technology
- BA/BS required OR equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial Operations, or related field
- Incentive Compensation experience preferred
