Sr Packaging Engineer

We are seeking a Sr. Packaging Engineer to develop new Packaging Solutions in support of shipping solutions for aircraft components from various manufacturing facilities to final assembly locations in Texas. The role involves designing reusable shipping containers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful packaging solutions align with project goals and sustainability objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology
• At least 2 years of experience as a Packaging Engineer or Material Handling Engineer
• Experience in developing, implementing, and improving processes, preferably using Six Sigma methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) at all levels of the organization
