Job Description
Textron Systems is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer to manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes. The role involves providing manufacturing engineering support to operations, overseeing CNC machining, implementing cost reduction, and supervising technical employees.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing and Engineering in an assembly/manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement/lean/capital projects
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
