Systems Engineer II/III

Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer II/III to lead the integration of state-of-the-art systems engineering practices into their major system development program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in model-based design and modeling and simulation architectures, with experience in Department of Defense (DoD) development programs.

Requirements

• B.S. in engineering or related discipline
• 2+ years of related experience for Level II
• 5+ years of related experience for Level III
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Customer interfacing and ability to build relationships
• Use of Model Based Systems Engineering principles
• Experience with DOORS requirement management tool
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
