Job Description
Textron Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer III to support the Simulation and Training Team in its Electronic Systems business area. The successful candidate will possess a broad knowledge base in multiple engineering disciplines and lead full-life cycle engineering design and development activities on ES programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related technical field) with 5 or more years related experience
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated experience leading a team through the engineering lifecycle
- Experience with DOORS, JIRA, and MagicDraw (or equivalent)
- Experience in a DoD environment and model-based systems engineering
- Effective writing and presentation skills
- Active Secret Clearance preferred; Secret eligibility required
