Job Description
Teya is a technological partner of small and local businesses across Europe, building intuitive tools to help clients drive their business forward. We're looking for a Customer Management Leader to lead customer care strategy, build and mentor a team, and analyze and report on customer data.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Good Czech/Slovak and English language skills
- Familiarity with Fintech/SaaS and data analysis
